"They helped me, but the wait made me nervous"
I reached out to starter.com about an issue with my order, and they did eventually get back to me. It just took longer than I expected, which had me a little worried at first, like I was being ignored or maybe getting fooled. Once they replied, the answer was actually helpful enough and cleared things up. So overall, not a terrible experience, but not amazing either. I do think their customer service could be faster.

"Refund was faster than I’m used to"
I got my refund back quicker than I expected. Compared to other places where I’ve had to wait around for days, this came through fast, so I was pleasantly surprised

"quality wasn’t great"
i was disappointed with this. the fabric felt kind of cheap right away, and after only a short time the seams started coming loose. definitely not the quality i was hoping for

I wasn’t really expecting much, but the prices were cheaper than the other sites I looked at. I guess I have to admit it was a decent deal.

I found the size and color I wanted on Starter.com, which was a relief because a few other sites were already sold out. There were a couple things I looked at that weren’t in stock, so that was a little annoying, but it wasn’t a big deal. I still had an easy time finding something I liked.

"My delivery was a little annoying"
My order did show up eventually, so I can’t complain too much, but the whole delivery process wasn’t great for me. The tracking barely updated when I wanted to check it, and it arrived later than I was expecting. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, just not as smooth as I would’ve liked

"Loved the style, especially on a draining day"
I ordered from starter.com mostly because the jackets and hoodies just caught my eye. I was feeling mentally drained when I was shopping, so I appreciated that the site was easy to use and didn’t make the whole process feel like a chore. The style is clean but still has that classic sporty vibe, without looking too busy. The colors looked really good in person too, and the designs feel a little different from the usual stuff I keep seeing everywhere.

"Sizing was actually right"
I ordered my normal size and it fit pretty much how I hoped it would. No odd tight areas, and the sleeves weren’t weirdly long either. i’m just glad it worked out because online sizing is usually a bit of a gamble for me

I wasn’t expecting a ton, but starter.com ended up being worth it!!! The price felt fair, the setup was simple enough, and I didn’t feel like I overpaid at all. Overall, it’s a good value for what you get!!!

"Return worked out, but the wait is what sticks with me"
I ordered a jacket from Starter and the fit wasn’t quite right, so I ended up sending it back. The return page was mostly fine, but I did have to poke around for a bit before I figured out exactly what to do.

The exchange did come through, but it took longer than I thought it would. Since the replacement just showed up recently, the slow turnaround is kind of the main thing I’m remembering right now. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I hoped.

I ordered from Starter, and yeah, everything came in exactly right. The size, the color, the actual items — all of it matched what I picked. No mix-ups, nothing missing, which I appreciated. Shipping was fine too, no issues there. Straightforward order overall, but it was nice to have it all be correct the first time.

"Looks good, but didn’t really hold up"
Not gonna lie, the hoodie I ordered from starter.com looked really good when it arrived. The fit was solid too, and at first I didn’t have any complaints.
After a few washes though, the stitching started coming loose and the cuffs got stretched out badly. I was just wearing and washing it normally, so for the price, I expected it to last longer. Kind of disappointed.

This hoodie fits true to size and is comfy all day. Super easy to throw on and chill in, no complaints at all.
